Wings Over Windsor Beach Edition is a unique venue, serving as Canada’s only true beach air show this year and the first air show in Essex County in over ten years. This year, our show park will include a live audience of up to 10,000 guests per day, with multiple venue attractions and one of the country’s top-performing lineups.

To apply for a vendor lot, please fill out the application form below.
Wings Over Windsor has the right to deny your request to become a vendor for various reasons: the product you offer may already be available from another vendor, your product could be the same as another vendor’s, etc. Vendor availability is on a first come first serve basis. A reservation fee will be payable when your vendor status is confirmed to hold your spot. Failure to pay will result in the loss of your reservation. A contract will be required to be signed by both parties to confirm the terms of the vendor agreement.
